Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 5-6-31F day of March , 1990.

RESOLUTION NO. 90-197
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE NON -INTOXICATING
OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF
BIRCH BRU, INC., 5750 NATHAN LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor
license from Birch Bru, Inc., d/b/a SuperAmerica, 5750 Nathan Lane, and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1206.35, Subd. 2, provides that a public hearing
is required for the issuance of a license for a new premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that a public hearing is hereby established for March 19 to consider the application of
Birch Bru, Inc., d/b/a SuperAmerica, 5750 Nathan Lane North, for a non -intoxicating
off -sale liquor license.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
