Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t-Fe---2Tt-h day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman�ouncilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent:-- one
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-186
APPROVING TAXI DRIVER LICENSE FOR 1990
WHEREAS, an application fop a Taxi Driver license has been received from Fereydoun
Behnam; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a taxi driver license is hereby approved for the period February 27,
1990, through December 31, 1990, for the following individuals:
TRAVEL EXPRESS TAXI
Fereydoun Behnam
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken t-Fereon, the
following voted n favorthereof: ayor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
