Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tFi-e----2Tt-Fi day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, ouncilmembers Helliwell-,-
Ricker,
a iwe , Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-185
APPROVING TAXICAB LICENSE FOR 1990
FOR TRAVEL EXPRESS TAXI
WHEREAS, an application for a Taxicab License has been received from Travel Express
Taxi; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Taxicab License is hereby approved for Travel Express Taxi through
December 31, 1990, with the condition that the vehicle pass the Police Department
vehicle inspection.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, he
