Pursu«nt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of February , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, ounc.1members Ae iwe ;
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
e tollowing members were a sent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-184
ADDITION OF TWO SWORN POSITIONS TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his memorandum of February 15 recommended the addition of
two full-time sworn positions to the Police Department effectively immediately; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Manager's memo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to increase the sworn personnel
of the Police Department from 39 to 41 effective immediately.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,—the
following vo e n favor thereof: ayor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
