Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 26th day of
February 1990 . The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitun
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Va s il iou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90-183
APPROVING THE 1990 FACILITY RENTAL POLICIES AND FEE SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted his recommendation
for the following three policies:
1. 1990 Park Facility Rental Policies and Fee Schedule
2. 1990 Softball Complex Rental Policies and Fee Schedule
3. Parkers Lake Pavilion Multi -Purpose Room Rental Policy and Fee Schedule, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recommended
said policies,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1990 Facility Rental Policies and Fee Schedules are
hereby approved in accordance with a memorandum dated February 12, 1990, from the
Director of Parks and Recreation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secc„7ded kyy
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mavor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell.Ricker Vasiliou
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
