Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-181
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
VINEWOOD LANE/COUNTY ROAD 9 AREA IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
WHEREAS, the City ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared for the
Vinewood Lane/County Road 9 Area Street and Utility Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Strgar-Roscoe-
Fausch, Inc. and presented to the City Council at their January 2, 1990
Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the City proceed with the
preparation of the plans and specifications and has agreed to reimburse to the
City any costs incurred should the project not proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for Vinewood Lane/County Road
9 Area Improvements. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for making of such improvements in accordance
with the Preliminary Engineering Report.
FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing "Engineering
Services Agreement."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bersamman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker- ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
