Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February, , 1990. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: None
CauncilLmher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-179
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
JAMES M. MONTGOMERY
POND BC -P1
CITY PROJECT NO. 016
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated James M. Montgomery as the consulting
engineer for proposed Pond BC-Pl, City Project No. 016; and
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Agreement is necessary between the City and
the consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been prepared by James M. Montgomery; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is acceptable to the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement, dated February
21, 1990, between the City of Plymouth and James M. Montgomery for Pond BC -P1
is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rnunrilmemhpr 2.itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bern, Councilmembers Helliwell_. Ricker. ,
Vasiliou..and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
