Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Navor Berman,, Councilmembers Relliweil. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 178
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
SCHOELL AND MADSON, INC.
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated Schoell and Madson, Inc. as the
consulting engineer for the proposed Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer
Improvements, City Project No. 015; and
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Agreement is necessary between the City and
the consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been prepared by Schoell and Madson; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is acceptable to the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement, dated February
20, 1990, between the City of Plymouth and Schoell and Madson, Inc. for the
Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project is approved and the
Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. ,
Vaal— iou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
