Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plvmouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members ware present: ,
Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-177
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
RIEKE, CARROLL, MULLER ASSOCIATES, INC.
COUNTY ROAD 101/COUNTY ROAD 9 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated Rieke, Carroll, Mulle- Associates,
Inc. as the consulting engineer for the County Road :01/Count; Road 9 Trunk
Watermain Improvements, City Project No. 012; and
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Agreement is necessary between the City and
the consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been prepared by Rieke, Carroll, Muller
Associates, Inc; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is acceptable to the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY :ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement, dated February
16, 1990, between the City of Plymouth and Rieke, Carroll Muller Associates,
Inc. for the County Road 101/County Road 9 Trunk Watermain Improvement Project
is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
