Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Council_smembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou. and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-176
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
DONOHUE AND ASSOCIATES
MEDINA ROAD - STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated Donohue and Associates as the
consulting engineer for the proposed Medina Road Improvements, City Project
No. 010; and
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Agreement is necessary between the City and
the consulting engineer; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been prepared by Donohue and Associates; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is acceptable to the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement, dated February
21, 1990, between the City of Plymouth and Donohue and Associates for the
Medina Road Street and Utility Improvement Project is approved and the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell_ Ricker. ,
Vasi iou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
