The following members were present: Mayar Rprgman+ dnn 11m mh rc , n— 14— - Dsr VsQ� Lin..'—"'j %f tear The following members were absent: u^wa Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-172 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND THE BROCKPAHLER ADDITION (80046) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated February 22, 1982, David W. Brockpahler and Carla M. Brockpahler developer of The Brockpahler Addition (80046), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ -0- $ -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- -0- 3,000 -0- -0- -0- 150 -0- 1,000 -0- -0- -0- 4,000 -0- 1,000 1-098 -0- _0 $ 10,248 $ -0- That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $2,500 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. Bond No. 036 SBI00126350 BCA FKA 37 SB021171 BCA is hereby released. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
