Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _�gular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2hth day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,

C unci mesber Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-171
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 001
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 18, 1990, a
report has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. with respect to
certain streets in maintenance districts 4, 8, 10 and 11 as designated in the
1989 Pavement Management Bi -Annual Update.
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on February 5, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvements of such project
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting and adjacent property within the designated 1990
Street Reconstruction Program area for a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at
an estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,776,810.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 19th day of March, 1990, in the Council Chambers of
the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00
p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co.nrilmemher 2itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Maynr Bergman_ Coun ilmemhers Helliwell_ Ricker_
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
