The following members were present: Mayor Eer& n_ CouncilmPmhers HalliwP11 211ekar_ Vans l gnu_ And 91 t..r ' The following members were absent: None ikft �frr *** C.nune•ilymo®hor Vanilina introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-170 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 15TH AVENUE - NORTH OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF PLYMOUTH PROJECT NO. 945 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-783 of the City Council adopted the 4th day of December, 1989, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to 15th Avenue, from South Shore Drive to approximately 430 feet north and east of South Shore Drive pursuant to a petition of affected property owners; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 16 foot wide street with bituminous rolled curb, concrete pipe storm sewer system and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two week's published notice of the hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon the 2nd day of January, 1990, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; I. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted December 4, 1989, amended to provide a drainage Swale system versus a concrete pipe storm sewer system. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated as engineer for the improvement. 3. The engineer shall not proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications until the City of Medicine Lake has entered into an agreement with the City of Plymouth for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ' The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
