HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-168CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of February , 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Berman. Councilmemtbere Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ' The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90- 168 REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the road hereinafter described (designated as a County State Aid Highway) should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows to -wit: Dunkirk Lane from County Road 24 to proposed Medina Road be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Moor Bergman- Counrilmembera Richer, VaQilinn- , and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: CouncilffiPmhpr HP11iW ll Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
