Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
Fehruaryf„ '1990. The following mes►bers were present:

The following members were absent: None
rnunc_ilmemher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 165
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street
hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street
under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows
to -wit:
Rockford Road from Plymouth Boulevard to State Highway 55
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid
Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of
the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tho -ty Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two _ified copies of this resolution to the
Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of
the designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed,
improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Ricker, Vasiliou,

The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Helliwell
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
