HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-162CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of February , 1990. The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None ter* *** *** Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-162 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 26, 1990, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Quail Ridge of Plymouth 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on February 26, 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 26, 1990. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Ei,gineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Couneilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, , Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
