Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-161
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - QUAIL RIDGE OF PLYMOUTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Quail Ridge of
Plymouth 4th Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Quail Ridge of
Plymouth 4th Addition by the installation of residential ornamental
street lighting, filed with the City Council on February 26, 1990,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This 3eclaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and
they have waived their rights to public improvement and special
assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should L-st
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rnuncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
