The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell_ Ricker, Vasilimi, anti zit-ur. The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 90-156 APPROVING IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING FACILITIES WHEREAS, the City has identified an existing shortage in youth baseball facilities, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended to the City Council that certain improvements be made to facilities at Zachary Elementary, Plymouth Middle School, West Medicine Lake Community Club, and Ridgemount Playfield, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be authorized, and further, that the Director of Finance is authorized to transfer $10,000 from the Park Dedication account 218 to Park Maintenance budget account 101-124 for financing of said improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
