HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-155CITY OF PLYMOM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 26th day of February 19 90 . The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 90-155 APPROVING 46TH AVENUE TRAIL BETWEEN ZACHARY AND NATHAN LANES CITY PROJECT NO. 024 WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended construction of a trail on 46th Avenue between Nathan and Zachary Lanes, and WHEREAS, the 1990 Capital Improvement Program includes said improvement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that City Project No. 024 46th Avenue Trail, is hereby authorized for construction, and further, that the City Finance Director shall be authorized to transfer $32,000 from the Park Dedication account 218 to the City Construction Fund for said project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, The following voted against or abstained: None _ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
