Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 26th day of

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adaption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -153
APPROVING SWAN LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 023
WHEREAS, The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended
development of the Swan Lake Neighborhood Park, and
WHEREAS, the approved 1990 Capital Improvements Program calls for the
development of Swan Lake Neighborhood Park, and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is currently available in the Park
Dedication Fund Account 219,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Swan Lake Neighborhood Park, City Project No.
023 is hereby authorized, and further that the City Manager is authorized to
prepare an agreement for City Council approval with the consulting firm of
Barton-Aschman at a not to exceed cost of $8.900 and, further that the City
Finance Director is authorized to transfer $160,000 from the Park Dedication
Fund 219 account to the City's Construction Fund account for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couuncilmemher Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
