Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 26th day of
February 11 19 go . The following members were
Present: Mayor Beryman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasilinu, and 71tur.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 152
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
PARKERS LAKE PLAYFIELD
CITY PROJECT NO. ^22
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended
construction of additional community playfields at the Parkers Lake Playfield
Site, and
WHEREAS, a preliminary engineering report is required to define the necessary
improvements and estimated cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Brauer and
Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the
City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to the cost of the proposed improvement.
FURTHER, that the City Manager shall prepare an "Engineering Services
Agreement" for City Council approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Cntjnrilmc+mhar Riekov , and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
_Vasiliou, and Zitur _
The following voted against or abstained: None _
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
