HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-139CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of February 19.E The following members were present: MaXor Ber&Man, Councilmembers Hellivell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmemb@r Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 90-139 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR OPUS CORPORATION (90001) WHEREAS, OPUS Corporation has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat for property located at the northeast corner of 54th Avenue and Nathan Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for OPUS Corporation for a Preliminary Plat for retail sales in the I-1 District for property located at the northeast corner of 54th Avenue and Nathan Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No building permit to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman, Counciimembers Halliwell.
