Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou_ and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 138
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO 90_137
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1
INDUSTRIAL PARK 494 ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and
utility easements within Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Industrial Park 494 Addition
by Resolution No. 90-137 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until the sanitary sewer is relocated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Hall ive77- Rjrkpr� ,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
