Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou_ and 71LUr ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-136
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING
OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-134 and 90-135
VACATING THE STORM SEWER EASEMENT AND SURFACE DRAINAGE EASEMENT
OVER A PORTION OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1 SECTION 30 AND
A PORTION OF ZIRCON LANE IN GREENTREE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the storm sewer
easement and surface drainage easement within Government Lot 1 Section 30 and
a portion of Zircon Lane in Greentree West Addition by Resolution No. 90-134 and
90-135.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until Bay Pointe on Mooney Lake is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Bergman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
