Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou- and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Counc Umember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-133
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO 90-131
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
FOR DRIVEWAY EASEMENT FOR
BLOCK 2, SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and
utility easements and driveway easement within Block 2, Scherer Industrial
Development Addition by Resolution No. 90-131 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until the Final Plat of Nathan 54 Center is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
