Such proposed assesemient, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof, is hereby acoepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land niemd therein and each tract of land herein included in hereby bawd to be identified by the amount of the assessaent levied against it. 2. Such assessnmatts shall be payable over a period of one year. 3. Assessments may be paid in full to the City of Plymatth Finance Director by March 28, 1990 without additional charge. After March 28, 1990 daily interest charge based On an annual rate of 8.004 starting an February 27, 1990 will be due in addition to the levied assessment. The last date a payment can be I , , gtsd by the City of Plymouth is Nmudxar 15, 1990. After that date interest shall be added from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1991 and payment can only be meds to Hennepin county with the 1991 property taaas. 4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the Ommty Finance Director to be extended on the proper teat lists of the county and such assesmmanle shall be collected and paid over the same manner as other wmicipal tames. 5. The total cost of the 1989 liesvval and Destruction of Diseased Trees, Roll 1 charges assessed by this resolution are $2,928.75. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secorvied by Councilmember Vasiliou �and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman.
