Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th�th day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, ouncilmembers a iwe , —
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-128
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR GROCERY HUT, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a non -intoxicating off -sale liquor
license from Grocery Hut, Inc., for the premises at 3435 State Highway 169; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to
deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City council conducted a
public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that an off -sale non -intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Grocery Hut,
Inc., 3435 State Highway 169, for the period February 27 through June 30, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,, e
