Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of

mored its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-125
SENTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO THE AMENDED
FILIAL PLAN, FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMâ–ºYT CONTRACT FOR LAKE CAMELOT ESTATES 3RD
ADDITION (89044) (RPUD 86-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved for the Rottlund Company, Inc.
amendments to the RPUD Final Plat and Development Contract which were
originally approved for the Harstad Companies; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final RPUD Site Plan for Lake
Camelot Estates 3rd Addition pursuant to the requirements of Section 9 of the
Zoning Ordinance and Resolution 89-466;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
conditions to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of City Council Resolution 89-637.
2. Submittal of a financial guarantee in the form of a cash escrow or
irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $79,473 covering the
public/private improvements in Resolution 89-243 for Lake Camelot Estates
Addition and to ensure that the corrective actions referred to in
Conditions 4-6 below are completed.
3. Submittal of a signed acknowledgment, approved by the City Attorney, of
the Development Contract for Lake Camelot Estates 3rd Addition by the
mortgagee.
4. Submittal of written proof from Harstad Companies that all lots in Lake
Camelot Estates are subject to the Homeowners Association Documents
recorded on May 28, 1987.
5. The Homeowners documents for Lake Camelot Estates shall be amended to
include Outlots A and B and to delete Outlots E and K; written
verification shall be submitted for review and approval by the City
Attorney.

6. Conveyance of Outlots A, B, C, G, and I Lake Camelot Estates, to the
Homeowners Association as required by the Development Contract for Lake
Camelot Estates dated October 27, 1986.
7. if Conditions 4-6, above, have not been met at the time the City is
requested to sign and deliver the Final Plat for Lake Camelot Estates 3rd
Addition for filing at the County, an agreement shall be provided, to be
approved by the City Attorney, stating that all said conditions will be
satisfied no later than October 31, 1990. The agreement shall be secured
by the financial guarantee referred to in Paragraph 2, above.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Yasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
