Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �re u�lar� me,:ting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie — Steri day of February , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Hell elT, —
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following mem rs were absent: one
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-123
APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals consists of seven commissioners
appointed for two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, vacancies exist on the Board; and
WHEREAS, the term of Commissioner Porzio expired January 31, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Porzio desires to be reappointed to the Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Michael A. Porzio be reappointed to the Board of Zoning, Adjustments,
and Appeals for a term expiring January 31, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Robert Mueller, Donald Butler, and Chuck Ulmer be
appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals for terms expiring January 31,
1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
To-Ilowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Birgman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against orabstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
