The following members were present: Mayor Bergman;�ounci1members a iwe , Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur e tollowing members were absent: one Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its a - pti o RESOLUTION NO. 90-122 APPOINTMENTS TO PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission consists of seven commissioners appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and WHEREAS, there is one vacancy on the Board as a result of the resignation of Commissioner Latour; and WHEREAS, the terms of Commissioners Edwards and Anderson expired January 31, 1990; and WHEREAS, Commissioners Edwards and Anderson have indicated their desire to be reappointed to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it does hereby reappoint Barbara Edwards and Donald Anderson to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission for two year terms expiring ',inuary 31, 1992. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Marlene Waage be appointed to the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission for a term expiring January 31 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votea votein favor thereof: ayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against orabstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
