Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ttFee nth` day of February , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman—�ounci1members HelliweTT;
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-121
APPOINTMENT TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority consists of five commissioners
appointed for five year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it hereby appoints Lloyd Ricker to a five year term on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority ending January 31, 1995.
The motion for adoptioi U -f the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favorthereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
