Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on - e Oth day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Berman—;Councilmembers-Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were a senNone
Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-120
APPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission consists of seven commissioners appointed to two year
terms expiring on January 31, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Commissioner Stulberg and Commissioner Zylla expired January 31,
1990; and
WHEREAS, both Commissioner Stulberg and Commissioner Zylla have indicated interest in
being reappointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it does hereby appoint Michael Stu')erg and Dennis Zylla to the
Planning Commission for two year terms expiring January 31, 1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken-Wereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: yor rgman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
