Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of

rodcnoed the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions

, the City of Plymouth owns three water tOw m within the City, and
WHEREAS, these water towers will require major refurbishing and repainting,
and
WHER M, funds are deemed necessary to finance these capital expenditures, and
WFOREAS, it is sound financial mmmigment to reserve the funds totaling
$200,000 within the Water Fund;

PLYlDITl'Ei, MIlW8Ot91 that the reserve in the amount of $200,000 be established
within the Water Pond for the water tower refurbishing and repainting for the
1989 accounting year.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being tahen the following
voted in favor thereof we Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers HelIii,
Ricker, Vasiliou, an Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
