The following were pmeseit: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Nel'liwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Mur The following -Mars were absent: None Councilmember Ricker intro&xx d the following Resolution and moved its adoption: MMWM, the City of Plymouth owns appocnximmately 15,000 water meters throughout the City and WHEREAS, these meters will require major replacanents, and MHEFFM, funds are Icrosne I r*Kxmsary to finance these replacements, and WIMWAS, the City has funds available within the Water Fund, and WIMM, it is sound financial management to reserve the funds totaling $100,000 within the Water Hurd; WK, 'i4 , BE IT HEREBY RE90LVED BY TIS CITY COUNCIL OF Tim CITY OF PLYM)M, MIIN ESDM that the reserve in the amount of $100,000 be established within the Water Rand for meter for the 1989 accounting year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being talaen thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker_. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
