Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie --8t�i day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman,�ouncilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The owing members were absent: one
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
aaoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-115
AMENDING PARK DEDICATION POLICY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a policy setting forth park dedication fees for
residential and commercial/industrial property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the park dedication policy language is hereby amended as recommended,
with no increase in dedication fees.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: yor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
