HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-106CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the _801 _ day of February , 1990. V:.ui11n..- Rnd 7j11, The following members were absent: None Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-106 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER CITY PROJECT NO. 014 WHEREAS, trunk sanitary sewer extension is required as follows: Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Pt. 70 to Pt. 76 AND WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program; and WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the necessary improvements and estimated cost. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing "Engineering Services Agreement." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker._, Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
