The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman_ Co mci lmPmh rR HP1 1 inial l , RirkPr- U,ai 1 i. -- —RA 7i r, r , The following members were absent: Nnno Counrilmpmher VaRilint, introduced the following Resolutiun and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-104 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT TRUNK WATERMAIN SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD - MINNESOTA LANE TO FERNBROOK LANE FERNBROOK LANE - SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD TO 47TH AVENUE CITY PROJECT NO. 907 WHEREAS, trunk watermain extensions are required as follows: Schmidt Lake Road - Minnesota Lane to Fernbrook Lane. Fernbrook Lane - Schmidt Lake Road to 47th Avenue. AND WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1990 Capital Improvements Program; and WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the neceseary improvements and estimated cost. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing "Engineering Services Agreement." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. , Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
