Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the -8th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: _

The following members were absent: Nnnp
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-103
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
TRUNK WATERMAIN
CO. RD. 101 - WATER TOWER TO CO. RD. 9
CO RD. 9 - PEONY LANE TO VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, trunk watermain extensions are required as follows:
Co. Rd. 101 - Water Tower to Co. Rd. 9.
Co. Rd. 9 - Peony Lane to Vicksburg Lane.
AND WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1990 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the necessary
improvements and estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to Rieke
Carroll Muller Assoc. Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as
recommended.
FURTHER, that the City Manager shall prepare an "Engineering Services
Agreement" for City Council approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
