Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of
_ February , 1 90. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Reb.._.`4on and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-101
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
MEDINA ROAD - STREET AND UTILITIES
BROCKTON LANE TO COUNTY ROAD 24
CITY PROJECT NO. 010
WHEREAS, street and utility and improvements are required as follows:
Medina Road - Brockton Lane to County Road 24
AND WHEREAS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1990 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the necessary
improvements and estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to Donohue
Engineers, Architects, Scientists for study and that the engineers be
instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising
the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as
recommended.
FURTHER, that the City Manager shall prepare an "Engineering Services
Agreement" for City Council approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Com i1m mber Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
