Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular� meetinq of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was- held on the 5th

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-99
EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the terms of four members of the Board of Zoning Adjustments and
Appeals expire on January 31, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in the process of selecting individuals for
appointment to these positions; and
WHEREAS, official business way come before the Board of Zoning Adjustments and
Appeals prior to the Council appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that it does hereby extend the appointment terms of Kenneth
Anderson, Michael A. Porzio, Olene Bigelow, and Sandy Patterson to the Board of
Zoning Adjustments and Appeals until such time as the Council makes new
appointments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, Tie
