The following members were present: Mayor Bergman- ro-uncilmemYers Re Tt eTT, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur �- e following members were absent: None - Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its RI -option: RESOLUTION NO. 90-96 APPROVING TEMPORARY NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CHURCH WHEREAS, application for a temporary non -intoxicating liquor license has been received from Barbara Fallstad, representing St. Mary of the Lake Church, in conjunction with an event on February 24, 1990, WHEREAS, all fees have been paid and required insurance provided, and WHEREAS, the Police Department finds no reason to recommend denial of the license. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary non -intoxicating liquor license is approved for Barbara Fallstad, St. Mary of the Lake Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, for an event on February 24, 1990.
