' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe 5th� day of February 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, ouncilmembers AeT'fiweTT,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
Tfie TTowingg members were absent: one
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-95
APPROVING 1990 CIGARETTE LICENSE FOR SUPERAMERICA #4341
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a cigarette license from the party
listed below in accordance with Section 1150.01 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that a cigarette license is hereby issued for the period February 6, 1990 through
December 31, 1990, to:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor 9-ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
