Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthetai day of February, 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergmann ounciImembers—Re iwe ,_

Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-94
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE FOR SUPERAMERICA #4341
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a gasoline service station license
from SuperAmerica #,4341, 5750 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been submitted; and
WHEREAS, an inspection has been conducted of the station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that a gasoline service station license is hereby approved for SuperAmerica #4341, 5750
Nathan Lane, for the period February 6, 1990, through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor ergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
