Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the sth day of
_ February , 1990. The following members were present: ,

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-87
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 1, INDUSTRIAL PARK 494 ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1,
Industrial Park 494 Addition has petitioned the City Council for the vacation
of the following drainage and utility easements within Lots 4 and 5, Block 1,
Industrial Park 494 Addition:
All utility and drainage easements as donated and dedicated and
shown on Lots 4 and 5, Industrial Park 494, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the east
20.00 feet of said Lots 4 and 5 and except the south 10.00 feet of
the west 31.50 feet of said Lot 4 and except the north 10.00 feet
of the west 31.50 feet of said Lot 5.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 26, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman' C:nunrilmpmhpra upl bell,

The following voted against or abstained: Nnnp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
