Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
February 1990. The following members were present: ,

Counrilmpmh r Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-86
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF ZIRCON LANE BETWEEN THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE
NORTH LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 11, GREENTREE WEST AND THE
SOUTH PLAT LINE OF GREENTREE WEST FOR BAY POINTE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Michael A. Pflaum has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following:
That part of Zircon Lane right-of-way between the easterly
extension of -the north line of Lot 1, Block 11, Greentree West and
the south plat line of Greentree West, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 26, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the.Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
