Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPgjjgr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Halliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 83
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
BLOCK 2, SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Scherer Industrial
Development has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage and utility easement within Block 2, Scherer Industrial Development:
The west 12.00 feet of the east 232.18 feet of Block 2, Scherer
Industrial Development, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 26, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor Bergman. Councilmpmhern Hpllierell- ,
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Rirtir
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
