Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
February , 1990. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker_ VaRilinni and Zitnr ,
The following members were absent: None
Coun ilmember H lliw ll introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-81
APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS
COUNTY ROAD 10 AND 61 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 7408 showing proposed right-of-
way for the reconstruction of County State Aid Highway 10 and 61, within the
limits of the City, as a State Aid Project, have been prepared and presented
to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said right-of-way plans be in all things
approved and that the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the
prohibition of on -street parking on those portions of said Project No. 7408
within its corporate limits.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmemberc H 11iw 11. Ri Pry ,
and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember 7itnr
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
