Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
February , 1990. The following mrsmbers were present: ,
Mayor Bergman_ Councilmembers HeRLM11, Ricker. Vasili ._ and 'iru ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-80
APPROVING ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1990
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
year 1990 through 1994; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the Planning Cosrsission as
to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on October 25, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1990,
attached to the November 16, 1989 memorandum from Fred Moore, Director of
Public Works, is hereby adopted as the official Capital lmprovasents Program
for the City of Plymouth with the exception that Item No. 7 of the "Street
Element" (Schmidt Lake Road from West Medicine Lake Drive to Pineview Lane) is
deleted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Beslalltwel l _ Q/rlipr_ ,
The following voted against or abstained: Nose
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
