Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of February 1990 The following members were present:
Mavor Beraman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent:
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION/LOT
CONSOLIDATION AND VARIANCE FOR JOHN DEVRIES (89101)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/lot consolidation and
variance for John DeVries for property located at 4925 Valley Forge Lane
North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said lot division/lot
consolidation and variance for John DeVries for property located at 4925
Valley Forge Lane North:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing lot
division/lot consolidation with Hennepin County.
4. Approved variances: Minimum lot width of 20 feet on Valley Forge Lane
versus the R -1A Zoning Ordinance standard of 110 feet.
5. The vacation of 49th Avenue North must be approved and filed with the
County prior to the lot division/lot consolidation being filed.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
