Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
February 199D --The following members were present:
mor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-75
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION AND VARIANCE FOR JOHN DEVRIES FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF VALLEY FORGE LANE AT 49TH AVENUE NORTH (89101)
WHEREAS, John DeVries has requested a lot division/lot consolidation and
variance for property located west of Valley Forge Lane at 49th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a lot division/
lot consolidation and 90 foot lot width variance for John DeVries for property
located west of Valley Forge Lane at 49th Avenue North resulting in parcels
described as follows:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PARCEL A
Lot 1, Block 7, WILD WINGS ADDITION, City of Plymouth, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
PARCEL B
Lot 5, Block 3, SKY LINE HILLS UNIT NO. 1, City of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 1, Block 7, WILD WINGS ADDITION lying south of the North
20.00 feet thereof, City of Plymouth; Hennepin County, Minnesota
PARCEL B
Lot 5, Block 3, SKY LINE HILLS UNIT NO. 1, together with the North 20.00
feet of Lot 1, Block 7, WILD WINGS ADDITION, and together with that part
of 49th Avenue North, as platted in said SKY LINE HILLS UNIT NO. 1 lying
easterly of the northwesterly extension of the southwesterly line of said
Lot 5, City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the lot division/lot
consolidation is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byy_Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the_following voted in favor thereof: mayor Bergman. Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstain
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
